【 略歴 】
大手SIerからコンサルティング会社、経済産業省、デジタル庁等を経て現職。デジタル庁で政府のデータ戦略の責任者を務め、戦略から環境整備、サービス実現、国際調整等を推進。2023年4月から、データ環境だけでなく、ソフトウェア・エンジニアリング、デジタル・トランスフォーメーション、人材育成等も加えたデジタル社会の基盤を、総合的かつグローバルな視点で推進。スマートシティ、防災プロジェクトに参加するとともに、アドレス・ベースレジストリの整備、シビックテックコミュニティ活動に参加するなどまちつくりプロジェクトにも数多く参加。デジタル庁を併任するとともに東京大学等で講義も担当。

タイトル： AIを安全かつ安心して活用するためのガバナンス
AIがあらゆる社会活動で活用され始めています。AIは、これまでの事業や業務を抜本的に変革する力を持っている一方で、間違った回答をするなどの課題も指摘されています。また、技術進歩が速いため、その技術動向を把握することも大変です。そうした中で、AIのリスクを把握したうえで、AIを安全安心に使いこなすが重要であり、最近のAIセーフティに関する留意すべきポイントやガバナンスの在り方について解説をしていきます。

野村総合研究所でIT基盤技術戦略室長などを務めた後、2025年7月にEYストラテジー・アンド・コンサルティング株式会社に入社。主に生成AIやブロックチェーン、フィンテックなどのエマージングテクノロジー領域を担当。これまでに執筆した書籍は単著/共著合わせて30冊以上。

【 略歴 】
Allan is a seasoned business advisor and accredited trainer specialising in information and technology governance, assurance, risk management, cybersecurity, and data protection. Since April 2024, he has delivered AI-focused workshops and presentations to more than 1,000 professionals across 15 countries, sharing strategic insights on the intersection of AI, governance, and security.
A regular speaker at international conferences, Allan frequently conducts executive-level courses and workshops. A Chartered Accountant, he began his career with Deloitte in Cape Town and brings over 40 years of experience with leading global organisations.
In a voluntary capacity, Allan currently serves as a co-opted member of the Audit and Risk Committee at a major London university. He previously held roles as ISACA International Vice President and member of the International Board of Directors (2011–2014), Chair of the Credentialing and Career Management Board, and member of the Strategic Advisory Council. He has chaired and served on numerous ISACA committees, including the CISM, CGEIT, and CDPSE Certification Committees, the Credentialing Board, and the Audit and Risk Committee (Chair 2014–2015). He is also a past president of the ISACA London Chapter and has served on the British Computer Society’s Information Risk Management and Audit Special Interest Group.
Allan's contributions have earned widespread recognition, including the ISACA Chair’s Award (2014), the Eugene M. Frank Award (2019), and designation as one of ISACA’s “Top-Rated Speakers” in 2018 and 2019. In 2023, he was inducted into ISA.
アランは、情報技術ガバナンス、アシュアランス、リスク管理、サイバーセキュリティ、データ保護を専門とする、経験豊富なビジネスアドバイザー兼認定トレーナーです。2024年4月以降、15か国で1,000人以上の専門家を対象にAIに特化したワークショップやプレゼンテーションを実施し、AI、ガバナンス、セキュリティの交差点における戦略的インサイトを共有してきました。
国際会議で定期的に講演を行うアランは、エグゼクティブレベルのコースやワークショップを頻繁に開催しています。公認会計士であるアランは、ケープタウンのデロイトでキャリアをスタートし、40年以上にわたり、世界をリードする企業で経験を積んでいます。
アランは現在、ロンドンの主要大学の監査・リスク委員会の委員としてボランティア活動を行っています。以前は、ISACAインターナショナルの副会長、国際理事会メンバー（2011～2014年）、資格認定・キャリア管理委員会の議長、戦略諮問委員会メンバーを歴任しました。CISM、CGEIT、CDPSE認定委員会、資格認定委員会、監査・リスク委員会（2014～2015年議長）など、ISACAの数多くの委員会で議長を務め、委員も務めました。また、ISACAロンドン支部の元会長であり、英国コンピュータ学会の情報リスク管理・監査特別利益団体にも所属しています。
アランの貢献は広く認められており、ISACA議長賞（2014年）、ユージン・M・フランク賞（2019年）、2018年と2019年のISACA「トップ評価講演者」への選出などが挙げられます。2023年には、ISACAの名誉ある殿堂入りを果たしました。

As artificial intelligence (AI) accelerates digital transformation across every industry, the need to build and sustain digital trust has never been more critical.
