梶浦　敏範　様
　1981年、日立製作所入社。エンジニアリングワークステーション、タブレットPC、郵便区分機や金融システムの開発を手がける。2001年に新規事業開拓部門の部長職に就き、2003年以降、小泉内閣や麻生内閣のIT戦略などＩＣＴ政策に関与。ICT／データの利活用促進について研究や政策提言を続けている。2016年より現職。
　経団連では14年間ICT政策に関与し、インターネット・エコノミー促進に向けた提言（2012年～）やサイバーセキュリティに関する提言（2015年～）とりまとめている。2017年にシンクタンクである日本サイバーセキュリティ・イノベーション委員会を設立し、代表理事に就任。
　2012年～2016年、筑波大学客員教授を兼務。

タイトル：データ活用のためのマネジメント
政府の「Society5.0」という考え方には経済界も賛同し主役になろうとしていますが、ポイントはデータの活用です。デジタルデータは無限に複製可能で、離れたところでも瞬時に共有できるのですが、複数の機関／部署で共有や活用をしている例は意外と少ないです。「Society5.0」実現に向けては、個人も部署も企業も含めた社会全体のデータマネジメント力が求められます。ここでは実例を交えながら、データをどうマネジメントすべきかを議論します。

タイトル：IoT・AIの進展に伴う企業戦略・デジタル変革の課題
IoT の進展により，大量のビッグデータが生成され，それを人工知能（AI）により解析できるようになっている。生産・サプライチェーンをはじめとする企業活動や社会インフラの稼働状況，さらには生活者の行動をミクロなレベルでモニタリングすることが可能となってきた。既存事業の革新だけでなくビジネスモデル革新，新事業創造を含め，あらゆる業種の企業にもビジネスチャンスが訪れている。本講演では，このような時代における企業戦略の可能性と，デジタル変革推進のためのITや組織のマネジメントのあり方を議論する。

Mrs. Jo Stewart-Rattray
EXPERIENCE
Jo has over 25 years’ experience in the Technology field some of which were spent as CIO in the Utilities sector and as Group CIO in the Tourism space, and with significant experience in the Information Security arena. She underpins her information technology and security background with her qualifications in education and management. She specialises in consulting in technology issues with a particular emphasis on governance in both the commercial and operational areas of businesses. Jo provides strategic advice to organisations across a number of industry sectors including banking and finance, utilities, manufacturing, tertiary education, retail and government. Jo has chaired a number of ISACA’s international committees including the Audit & Risk Committee, Leadership Development and Professional Influence & Advocacy. She served as an Elected Director on ISACA’s international Board of Directors for some seven years and is Chair of its global women’s leadership initiative, SheLeadsTech. Jo was heavily involved in the development of COBIT 5 and COBIT 5 for Information Security.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
Because of her involvement with ISACA and the SheLeadsTech program and her rural background Jo was selected from a large number of candidates to be one of only two non-government delegates and was invited to join the official Australian Government delegation to the 62nd Session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW62) held in New York in March 2018. Recently, Jo had an award established in her honour to recognize her outstanding leadership and commitment to increasing the representation of women in technology leadership and the tech workforce more broadly. The inaugural ISACA Oceania Jo Stewart-Rattray award will be awarded in September 2018.
